Why we chose Kate and Alli: Kate and Alli are some of the most fun and entertaining people we’ve ever met. Their workout routines and acai bowls are the things that dreams are made of and we always look forward to seeing what they’re up to on Instagram.

What is your health story?

I began to train in various styles of dance when I was seven years old. In college, I came to a realization that fitness would only enhance my skills as a dancer. Fitness has made me stronger, healthier and happier. As a dancer, I have learned to appreciate avenues of fitness such as Barre, Pilates and Yoga. I am a health nut. I believe in fueling my body with nutritious foods that will give me energy for the day.

What is your favorite Health Warrior Bar? 
Chocolate Peanut Butter Chia Bar!

When do you find yourself reaching for one? 
Before and after a workout!

How did you get introduced to Health Warrior/when did you try your first product?
I was introduced to Health Warrior when browsing social media. I tried Health Warrior a few months ago before becoming an ambassador.

How often do you workout and what do you do? 
I workout 7 days a week! I love to workout at the gym and participate in fitness classes at studios like Phsyique 57, Gotham Gym and SoulCycle.

What’s your biggest workout tip? 
Don’t give up…you are stronger than you think you are

How did you meet Alli? 

We met through a mutual friend and owner of REHAB NYC. It is a 30 min HIIT workout and flow. I actually ran up to Alli and asked her if she was @runwithalli from Instagram! 

What are your favorite partner workouts? 
I love running with a friend! Alli always pushes me.

What is the most motivating thing a workout buddy can do? 
SMILE

We would definitely be the twins from “The Parent Trap!”

What is your health story? 
I began my fitness journey as a marathon runner. I ran three marathons in 2016 and after qualifying for Boston with a PR of 3 hours and 21 minutes, I realized what I was truly passionate about; fitness. I then knew the importance of incorporating HIIT workouts to supplement my running. I began tapping into various avenues of fitness, ranging from boxing, barre, yoga…the list is endless! I hope that I inspire and motivate my followers to better themselves and to live a healthy lifestyle.

What is your favorite Health Warrior Bar? 
MANGO CHIA BAR!

When do you find yourself reaching for one? 
4x before a long run (and also before, or after a workout here and there)

How did you get introduced to Health Warrior/when did you try your first product? 
I was introduced to Health Warrior while doing brand outreach via my Instagram account @runwithalli. When I was accepted into the ambassador program, it was literally love at first site. I love the brand, the Chia Seed Bars, and the company as a whole. Health Warrior is amazing and completely correlates with my message, which ties back to living a healthy lifestyle, which Health Warrior helps people to do.

How often do you workout and what do you do? 
I workout 7 days a week (maybe even more recently!) I love Ripped Fitness and doing my daily workouts at Equinox. I’m also a SoulCycle addict. Actually, Kate and I go most weekends together and then replenish our hungry selfs with either Juice Press or Juice Generation.

What’s your biggest workout tip? 
Challenge yourself and push yourself beyond your limits. You’ll never know what you’re capable of doing until you TRY.

Kate Kerner (my mini-me!)

Acai Blueberry Bowl from JuicePress (Kate and I go back and forth about Juice Gen and Juice Press on a daily basis actually, it’s quite comical!)

All of the time, DUH! I’m ALWAYS a warrior!

I have zero filter…zero.

I love a great adventure – always down for a good time!

How did you meet Kate?
 
We met through the creator and owner of REHAB NYC as ambassadors of her practice. Kate did run up to me and was like “OMG @runwithalli” and after a short discussion of our interests outside of work, fitness, peanut butter and dark chocolate, it was the beginning of a beautiful life long friendship!

What are your favorite partner workouts? 
SoulCycle with Kate! I also love when Kate and I on a whim will make impromptu workouts at Equinox from time to time. We’re always finding different ways to make fitness and working out fun!

What is the most motivating thing a workout buddy can do? 
Help them push through it when you see them struggling. Scream out “YOU GOT THIS!”

If Alli/Kate were a combination of 2 celebrities, who would they be? 
Kate stole mine, but another good one would be Tina Fey and Amy Poehler in the movie “Sisters,” but instead of the drinking and partying, we’d be working out and eating Acai bowls while gossiping
