Chia Fresca, also known as Iskiate, is a superfood beverage that the Tarahumara tribe in Mexico (who inspired the creation of Health Warrior) drink to fuel their high-mileage runs through mountainous terrain. There are many variations on the recipe, all containing chia seeds and some form of water. Make your own nutrient-packed beverage!

  • 1.5 Tbsp Health Warrior Chia Seeds
  • 2 cups hint® water
  • Splash fresh lime

Directions

  1. Combine ingredients in a glass.
  2. Allow chia seeds to soak up moisture for at least 10 minutes.
  3. Garnish with fresh fruit and enjoy!
