- 1/2 cup gluten free oats
- 1 cup milk of your choice
- 1/2 cup frozen fruit (mango shown here)
- Health Warrior Honey Sea Salt Pumpkin Seed Bar
- 1/2 cup coconut yogurt
- Bee pollen (optional)
- Mix milk and oats together in a small dish. Let sit for a few hours, or overnight (preferable) in the refrigerator.
- In the morning, top with frozen fruit, Health Warrior Pumpkin Seed Bar, a dollop of coconut yogurt and a sprinkle of bee pollen.
