Pumpkin Seed Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup gluten free oats
  • 1 cup milk of your choice
  • 1/2 cup frozen fruit (mango shown here)
  • Health Warrior Honey Sea Salt Pumpkin Seed Bar
  • 1/2 cup coconut yogurt
  • Bee pollen (optional)

Directions

  1. Mix milk and oats together in a small dish. Let sit for a few hours, or overnight (preferable) in the refrigerator.
  2. In the morning, top with frozen fruit, Health Warrior Pumpkin Seed Bar, a dollop of coconut yogurt and a sprinkle of bee pollen.
  3. Enjoy!
