Hot Chocolate Overnight Oats with Pumpkin Seed Bars

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup gluten free rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon cacao powder
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond or cashew milk
  • 1-2 tablespoons maple syrup (optional)
  • Banana
  • Pinch of cinnamon

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients except Pumpkin Seed Bar in a mason jar.
  2. Store in the fridge overnight. In the morning, stir together and add more almond milk until desired consistency.
  3. Heat up in the microwave for 30 seconds if desired.
