    SUMMER REFRESHER: CHIA PINEAPPLE SMOOTHIE

    Summer is here and we know the heat wave is headstrong!
    We’ve got the perfect Chia smoothie to cure the heat, soothe your stomach and refresh your palette. Enjoy!

    Ingredients:

    2 cups frozen pineapple
    1 cup frozen banana
    1 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
    1/4 cup loosely packed cilantro leaves
    1/4 cup lime juice
    2 cups packed baby spinach
    2 tablespoons Health Warrior Chia Seeds

    Directions:

    Add ingredients in the above order to a blender or Vitamix. Blend until smooth. Enjoy!
    Serves 2
